# Electrician/Conduit Layer > 1 Resource Group · Yuma, United States · Contract · Posted 2026-09-29 **Workplace:** on_site ## Description 1 Resource Group is seeking skilled and dependable Electricians/Conduit Layers for a project in Texas/Arizona area. The Electrician/Conduit will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety regulations. Pay is $33/hr + PW The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial, industrial, or government construction projects and possess the required to perform electrical work within the state. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components. - Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. - Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, lighting systems, panels, switchgear, and related electrical equipment. - Perform testing and inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance. - Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions. - Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), California Electrical Code, project specifications, and safety requirements. - Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades to complete work efficiently. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Complete required documentation, reports, and daily work records. - Follow all OSHA, company, and client safety policies and procedures. ## Requirements ### Required Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of electrical construction experience. - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, and equipment. - Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and equipment installation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship ## Apply [Apply at 1 Resource Group](https://apply.workable.com/1-resource-group/j/4982E527D0/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
