As a Motor Repair Technician, you'll be hands-on, dismantling, inspecting, and assembling motors and generators from well-known brands like WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure each motor runs smoothly and safely.

**What you'll be doing:**

-   Taking apart and putting together AC/DC motors and generators with care and precision
-   Inspecting and measuring components using tools like micrometers and calipers
-   Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues to keep everything running perfectly
-   Keeping clear records of your inspections and repairs
-   Maintaining high standards of quality and safety every step of the way

## Requirements

**We’re looking for someone who has:**

-   At least 3 years of hands-on experience repairing AC/DC motors — teardown and assembly
-   Familiarity with major industrial motor brands such as WEG, Toshiba, GE, NOV, Kato, Leroy-Somer, and Caterpillar
-   Comfort using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers
-   Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
-   Good communication skills with the ability to document work clearly

**Bonus points if you have:**

-   Experience working in a manufacturing or repair shop environment
-   An eye for detail and commitment to quality
-   The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

**Work environment:**
