## Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking **Fence Installer** to join our team in the Jacksonville Airport area (ZIP Code 32218). The ideal candidate has experience installing residential and commercial fencing, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

### Responsibilities

-   Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and ornamental fences.
-   Measure, lay out, and mark fence lines according to project plans.
-   Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment.
-   Set fence posts in concrete and ensure proper alignment.
-   Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and hardware.
-   Operate construction tools and equipment safely.
-   Load, unload, and transport fencing materials to job sites.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-   Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
-   Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Previous fence installation or general construction experience preferred.
-   Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
-   Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.
-   Experience using power tools, measuring equipment, and construction hand tools.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
-   Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
-   Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

### Physical Requirements

-   Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
-   Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
-   Must be able to safely operate construction equipment and tools.

### Preferred Skills

-   Experience reading site plans and measurements.
-   Gate installation and repair experience.
-   Must be able to pass a base clearance background check and drugscreen
