Reporting to the CFO, you’ll scale processes, controls, reporting and data to public-company calibre—delivering across multiple concurrent workstreams, not a single programme. You’ll handle systems and data projects, build robust financial models to support automated workflows and support the development of our control environment to listed-company standards. You will partner closely with Internal Audit to remediate findings and act as the bridge between assurance and delivery. Freed from line management and day to day operations, this is a connector role across Finance and the wider business; success comes from influence, pace, and outcomes.
