### The Opportunity:

BeatO is hiring a **Chief of Staff** to work directly with the founders and act as an extension of their bandwidth across the business.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone seeking exposure to every part of a fast-growing healthtech company—from strategy and fundraising to operations and new business lines like GLP-1-led weight management.

### In this role, you will:

-   Own the follow-through by driving founders' top priorities to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring execution.
-   Run the operating rhythm by preparing board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews while consolidating data and business narratives.
-   Lead special projects involving cross-functional business problems, new initiatives, market opportunities, and operational improvements.
-   Build decision-ready insights by translating data from growth, clinical, and finance teams into meaningful recommendations.
-   Grow into business ownership with exposure to leadership discussions and opportunities to eventually lead a function or business vertical.  
    

### Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving diverse business problems rather than working within a single function.

You have likely spent the last few years in consulting, investment banking, a startup, or a Founder's Office, and are comfortable working with limited context, incomplete information, and fast decision-making.

### You'll likely recognise yourself in this:

-   4+ years of experience in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment.
-   Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Comfortable coordinating across teams and driving accountability.
-   Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations.
