## Description

●      Own your assigned revenue/ sales targets for assigned accounts

●      Develop your own sales plan and account management/ growth plans to achieve your revenue/ sales targets

●      Manage sales pipelines, qualify leads, forecast revenue, and drive opportunities through the full sales cycle to successful closure.

●      Conduct regular business & performance reviews with your key accounts

●      Troubleshoot and respond quickly to key account/ merchant issues or complaints

●      Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, engaging key decision-makers, senior executives, and stakeholders for new merchant acquisition or to cross/ up sell

●      Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders across multinational companies, particularly within the airline, travel, hospitality, and retail sectors.

●      Provide consultative advice / solution selling on how 2C2P’s payment solutions can address clients’ business needs and deliver measurable value.

●      Monitor key account and commercial performance metrics, providing monthly and quarterly progress updates to internal stakeholders.

●      Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to develop commercially viable solutions for clients.

## Requirements

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.

●      6–8 years of experience in enterprise sales within payments, fintech or software

●      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and successfully acquiring and managing strategic enterprise accounts.

●      Existing portfolio of strong relationships with potential clients/ merchants to bring to 2C2P

●      Strong experience in consultative selling, commercial negotiations, and managing complex regional sales cycles.

●      Solid understanding of payment flows, acquiring and issuing systems, and risk and fraud frameworks.

●      Familiarity with payment concepts and protocols, including tokenisation, 3-D Secure, settlement, and reconciliation.
