## Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Manager to lead HR strategy, organizational development (OD), and AI-driven HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with the HR Director   to enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen people capabilities, and drive digital HR transformation.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

-   Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
-   Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
-   Drive performance management and talent development frameworks.
-   Use HR analytics and data insights to support business decisions.

Organizational Development (OD)

-   Lead organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
-   Drive leadership development and succession planning programs.
-   Strengthen company culture aligned with innovation and high performance.
-   Implement competency frameworks and career development pathways.

HR System  Initiatives

-   Identify and implement AI-powered HR solutions (e.g., automation, people analytics, predictive workforce insights).
-   Champion digital transformation within HR processes and employee experience.
-   Collaborate with tech teams to evaluate and integrate HR tech tools.
-   Promote data-driven decision-making across the HR function.

Employee Experience

-   Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
-   Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Excellent experience with HR COE functions , e.g. org design, performance management, etc.. Consulting background is a plus

-   Strong project management background with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
-   Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Thai proficiency is a plus.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Comfortable with handling sensitive information with discretion.
