## Requirements

-   Proactive, independent ownership - Anticipate issues, verify assumptions against reality, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.
-   Experience operating production systems with real stakes, including databases, queues, and stateful workloads - scaling, failover, and migrations without downtime.
-   Ability to debug a distributed system you didn’t build, from symptom to verified root cause, and write it up so others can act on it.
-   Security awareness as a habit - Least privilege, blast radius, and secrets hygiene.
-   Ability to code for infrastructure using Python, Go, or Bash.
-   Fluent written English.
-   Growth mindset and hunger to learn.
-   Ability to use AI assistants effectively and identify when they’re wrong.

**Budget**

The budget range for this role is **€5.000,00/Month – €10.000,00/Month**, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
