## Description

We are looking for a **Project Manager** with **4+ years of project management experience** to lead and deliver technology projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, vendor coordination, and end-to-end project delivery.

### Requirements

-   **4+ years of experience in Project Management.**
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   **PMP Certification** or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
-   Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
-   Strong experience in project scope, budget, resource, schedule, and quality management.
-   Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
-   Ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
-   Experience developing project plans, project charters, milestones, and status reports.
-   Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
-   Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
-   Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-   Experience with digital transformation, enterprise applications, or large-scale technology projects is a plus.
-   Strong presentation and reporting skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
-   Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and transformation initiatives.
-   Experience working with cloud-based solutions and modern technology platforms.
-   Experience in PMO environments and strategic project governance.
-   Strong financial management and project budgeting experience.
