## Description

we are looking for an **AI Engineer (Agents & Tools)** with **2-3+ years of experience** to design, build, and maintain AI assistants, agents, and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, agent frameworks, integrations, Microsoft AI technologies, and cloud services.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   2-3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related roles.
-   Strong programming skills in **Python**, **C#**, or **TypeScript**.
-   Experience developing AI-powered applications using **Large Language Models (LLMs)**.
-   Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
-   Experience building AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents.
-   Knowledge of **MCP (Model Context Protocol)** and AI integration patterns.
-   Experience integrating enterprise systems using **REST APIs**, **OAuth**, and event-driven architectures.
-   Experience with **Microsoft Copilot Studio**, **Power Platform**, or similar AI automation platforms.
-   Hands-on experience with **Azure Functions**, **Azure Container Apps**, or cloud-based services.
-   Knowledge of workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop processes, and approval workflows.
-   Understanding of AI safety, output validation, access controls, and secure development practices.
-   Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting AI applications in production.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with **Microsoft 365 Copilot**, **Azure AI Foundry**, or Agent SDKs.
-   Experience building multi-agent systems and enterprise AI solutions.
-   Knowledge of **HL7 FHIR** is a plus.
-   Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
-   Microsoft AI, Azure, or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
