## Description

99BrightMinds is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to support enterprise-level marketing initiatives by designing customer journeys, developing dynamic content, and enabling seamless marketing automation.

## Requirements

### Responsibilities

-   Build and manage customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder.
-   Develop and maintain automations using Automation Studio.
-   Create dynamic, personalized, and interactive marketing content.
-   Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and third-party platforms and systems.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile delivery environment.
-   Ensure campaign performance, data accuracy, and marketing automation best practices.

### Requirements

-   3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
-   Hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
-   Experience creating dynamic and personalized customer communications.
-   Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with third-party applications and services.
-   Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Must be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
-   Experience working on enterprise-scale marketing programs.
-   Familiarity with CRM, customer data platforms, and marketing analytics.
