**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute advertising monetization strategies across the mobile app portfolio.
-   Drive revenue growth through optimization of ad placements, formats, mediation, bidding, and waterfall configurations.
-   Monitor and optimize key monetization KPIs including eCPM, ARPDAU, ARPU, Fill Rate, Match Rate, and Ad LTV.
-   Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve monetization performance and user experience.
-   Analyze user behavior and revenue trends to identify optimization opportunities.
-   Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to integrate monetization best practices.
-   Evaluate and onboard new ad networks and mediation partners.
-   Build dashboards and provide regular revenue performance reports to leadership.
-   Stay current with industry trends, privacy regulations, and platform policy updates.
-   Ensure compliance with Google Play and App Store monetization policies.
-   Mentor team members and promote monetization best practices across the organization.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
-   5+ years of experience in mobile app or game advertising monetization.
-   Proven experience managing ad monetization strategy and revenue growth.
-   Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, mediation platforms, and ad networks.
-   Hands-on experience with Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay (IronSource), or similar platforms.
-   Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
-   Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools is a plus.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
