**Key Responsibilities**

-   Plan and execute B2B GTM strategy, covering target industries, ideal customer profile, positioning, messaging, and launches.
-   Be the public voice of the product through content, demos, webinars, and industry events.
-   Showcase the product where business buyers are, such as LinkedIn, industry forums, conferences, and partner platforms.
-   Create sales material including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and demo videos.
-   Run ongoing competitor and market analysis and turn it into clear recommendations.
-   Run campaigns to generate leads, drive adoption, and track the results.
-   Use AI tools daily for research, content, and analytics, and build AI workflows that speed up the team.
-   Work closely with the AI engineers to understand the product and feed customer insights back into the roadmap.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communications, or any relevant field.
-   3–5 years in B2B Product Marketing, Growth PM or Growth Marketing.
-   Has owned GTM for at least one B2B or SaaS product.
-   Uses AI tools daily and can show examples of AI-powered workflows.
-   Strong storyteller who can present confidently to business audiences.
-   Data-driven, with hands-on experience in analytics tools and campaign tracking.
-   Curious about AI and eager to learn the technical side.
