## Description

**Activity**

-   Independent work based on service manager instructions. 能独立完成内部小组安排的工作
-   Make the 2D drawing to present the section for different interior &exterior parts.

能对多个内外饰组件进行绘制2D的断面图

-   Set up BOM list and do the volume measurements.建立材料清单和计算容积
-   Delivery task on time and quality  完成高质量的交付
-   Collect information and carry out post-processing work, upload data into the A2Mac1 database 收集信息并按照流程完成数据上传，维护数据库的完整
-   Manage documentation (creation, correction, update of documents)管理归档文件
-   Assist service manager to provide the analysis reports by the request from customer

根据客户需求，及时支持团队提供有效的分析数据和报告

-   Collaborate with additional departments 协调关联部门
-   Other task assigned by the line manager 支持上级管理

**KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)**

-   (Quantity):3 vehicles (～390h/vehicle for 2025, adjustable depends on the year target)
-   (Quality): Material code error (>92%) Drawing error (>98%) Checking time (<10%)
-   (Attendance):95%
-   (5S): 94 rating，
-   (Safety) follow the safety sheet when cutting parts :wear shoes and glasses, glove…ect

## Requirements

**Professional Background**

-   College degree or above in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

具有汽车或机械工程大学学历

-   1 year+’ work experience in interior or　exterior　development and design, or familiar with interior design and production process, able to identify relevant parts and functions will be plus

一年内外饰开发经验或相关经验，了解零件设计和功能特性会更有优势

**Skills & Abilities**

-   Experience/knowledge and strong interest in the automotive sector

经验/知识和对汽车业有更多的兴趣

-   Good communication skills; Teamwork and collaboration with employees and internal departments

善于交流，有团队精神，积极主动协调不同部门间的工作
