We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent systems and AI‑driven agents that power next‑generation automation and decision‑making across our platforms, services and products we offer to our clients. You will work on advanced models, agentic workflows, and scalable ML pipelines, bringing deep technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and domain experts to deliver impactful, reliable, and innovative AI solutions.

### What You’ll Do

-   Design, build, and optimize AI‑driven agents and autonomous workflows
-   Develop, fine‑tune, and evaluate machine learning models for production use
-   Architect and implement data pipelines, model‑serving infrastructure, and agent orchestration components
-   Lead experimentation, research, and prototyping of new AI techniques and agent frameworks
-   Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications and platforms
-   Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed models and agent systems
-   Contribute to technical strategy and mentor other engineers in AI/ML best practices

## Requirements
