## Description

We are seeking a highly capable Legal, HR & Government Relations Manager to support a private

school group in Jeddah across legal affairs, HR operations, employee relations, government relations,

regulatory compliance, and official representation before relevant authorities.

The ideal candidate must be a licensed lawyer with strong practical experience in Saudi labor law,

government platforms, employee contract management, recruitment, government relations, and

legal/administrative execution. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently

manage sensitive legal and HR matters, execute government transactions efficiently, and represent

the school professionally before official authorities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1\. Legal Affairs & Court Representation**

-   Represent the company/school before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
-   Coordinate with external law firms and follow up on legal matters.
-   Provide legal guidance on labor, employment, regulatory, and operational matters.
-   Draft and review legal notices, warnings, terminations, and settlements.
-   Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.

**2\. Government Relations & Official Platforms**

-   Manage transactions through Qiwa, MHRSD, Jawazat, GOSI, MOE, MISA, and other government platforms.
-   Execute government services, renewals, registrations, and approvals.
-   Represent the school before the Ministry of Education and relevant authorities.
-   Ensure timely completion of government and compliance requirements.

**3\. Employment Contracts & Employee Affairs**

-   Draft, issue, renew, amend, and terminate employment contracts.
-   Update contracts on government systems and official platforms.
-   Manage employee contractual matters and documentation.
-   Handle employee requests and employment status matters.
-   Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.

**4\. Recruitment, Saudization & Sponsorship**

-   Support recruitment and talent acquisition with school leadership.
-   Handle recruitment documentation and new-hire formalities.
-   Manage Saudization, sponsorship transfers, work permits, Iqama renewals, and exit/re-entry visas.
-   Follow up on sponsorship matters and regulatory compliance.
-   Manage final settlements, clearances, and End-of-Service Benefits.

**5\. Performance, Attendance & Disciplinary Processes**

-   Support performance reviews and related documentation.
-   Monitor attendance, absence, lateness, and HR compliance.
-   Prepare warnings, disciplinary notices, and formal employee communications.
-   Ensure disciplinary processes comply with Saudi labor law and company policies.

**6\. Payroll, Medical Insurance & Administrative Follow-Up**

-   Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs and salary runs.
-   Ensure accurate and updated payroll data.
-   Manage medical insurance additions, deletions, renewals, and updates.
-   Manage vehicle and other company insurance policies.
-   Maintain confidential employee, contract, insurance, legal, and HR records.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Must be a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
-   Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, employment regulations, government compliance and HR-related legal procedures.
-   Proven experience with Qiwa, MHRSD/Labor Office, Jawazat, GOSI, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Investment platforms.
-   Previous experience in legal affairs, HR operations, government relations, and employment contract management.
-   Strong experience in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, legal notices, warning letters, termination documents, and formal employee communications.
-   Ability to represent the company professionally before courts, government authorities, and official bodies.
-   Excellent Arabic drafting and communication skills.
-   Good English communication skills preferred.
-   Experience in the education or private school sector is an advantage.
