## Description

Hello! We´re **Abakus School** - we’re a leading international school of **neuromathematics and cognitive development** for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. 

We're growing and looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our team.

We need a cheerful person who knows the stages of sales and knows how to genuinely help clients find the right solution — and feel good about their decision.

A great product and a supportive team? We've got that covered.

**Your Role requires to:**

-   Contact parents via phone and Whatsapp and guide them **from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.**
-   Speak with parents **after** the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course.
-   Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
-   Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
-   Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
-   Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
-   Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.

## Requirements

**Native-level Romanian** (because you\`ll work with romanian clients)

**Basic English** (for internal communication with the team as it\`s international)

**Experience in education-related, consultative, phone sales is required!**

**Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms**

Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented

Great at multitasking, reliable and organized

Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset

**Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most**
