## Description

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and strategic-thinking to join our team in the banking industry. We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions across AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions.

The role will act as a bridge between vendors and partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates.
-   Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.
-   Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.
-   Coordinate demos, POCs, training, and technical support.
-   Support Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integration.
-   Assist with testing, POCs, and product validation.
-   Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams.
-   Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.
-   Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.
-   Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.
-   Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
-   Identify new products, partnerships, and product improvement opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
-   1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused role.
-   Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred.
