## Description

### The opportunity

We are looking for an unusually capable business, operations or project-management professional who wants to apply their skills to environmental education, biodiversity restoration and product development.

### Your year will have two complementary parts

### 4–5 months: Environmental education

·       Teach environmental and scientific concepts to children and young people.

·       Support school programmes, camps and practical learning.

·       Communicate confidently with learners, educators and partners.

·       Help develop activities and educational resources.

### The rest of the year: Specialist work

·       Coordinate multiple projects and teams.

·       Develop plans, budgets, timelines and reporting systems.

·       Improve organisational processes, accountability and efficiency.

·       Develop partnerships and funding opportunities.

·       Assist with grant, sponsorship and fundraising proposals.

·       Support business development and revenue-generating products.

·       Coordinate research, education and outreach programmes.

·       Track outcomes, deliverables and budgets.

Turn ideas into structured, measurable projects.

## Requirements

### Qualifications & experience

·       A Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in business, management, project management, commerce, environmental management or a related field is beneficial.

·       Demonstrated project-management, operational or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.

·       Environmental expertise is not essential, but genuine interest in environmental work is.

·       Ability to teach is essential.
