### The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our growing medical operations team.

In this role, you will provide clinical expertise across a variety of operational and strategic initiatives, helping us maintain and continuously improve the quality of healthcare services delivered to our patients worldwide.

You will collaborate closely with international healthcare professionals, operations teams, and product stakeholders to optimise workflows, monitor service quality, and support the expansion of our telemedicine services into new markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent medical graduate or senior medical student interested in exploring a career in Digital Health and HealthTech.

### What You’ll Do

-   Develop a deep understanding of our services, user interfaces, and international network of healthcare professionals across 60+ countries.
-   Support the smooth and efficient operation of telemedicine services using your clinical knowledge and analytical skills.
-   Monitor company performance against SLAs and quality standards.
-   Analyse operational and clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
-   Build, analyse, and present reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
-   Create and maintain accurate medical and operational documentation.
-   Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and care coordination.
-   Assist in the development and implementation of telemedicine protocols and workflows.
-   Propose process improvements, workflow optimisations, and technological enhancements to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
-   Support the launch of services in new international markets.
-   Contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives across the organisation.

## Requirements

-   Availability for a part-time hybrid role based in Barcelona (20 hours/week).
-   Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

### Skills & Experience

-   Recently graduated from Medical School, or currently in your final year of Medical School.
-   Active medical licence (from any country).
-   Strong interest in Healthcare, Digital Health, and technology.
-   Ability to apply medical knowledge effectively across operational and clinical tasks.
-   Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
-   Understanding of healthcare protocols, regulations, and best practices.
-   Ability to understand and assess healthcare system differences across countries.
-   Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
-   Proactive mindset with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
-   Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities and business needs.
