## Description

-   Strong technical expertise in the area of Finance, e.g. developing financial statements, budget development and tracking, asset management, financial modeling, value assurance and financial risk management.

-   Experience in annual business planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance review cycles within a large, complex organization.

-   \-Experience in organizational operational excellence, and transformational programs/campaigns through direct roles in transformation projects or via professional experience at management consulting firms or similar organizations that delivered cost savings and financial performance improvements.

-   Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor transformation progress and impact.

-   Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.

-   Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans with knowledge of organizational change management.

-   Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations, as well as technical writing capabilities.

-   Experience in developing training materials and delivering workshops or coaching sessions to business and finance teams."

## Requirements

-   BS'c in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
-   Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the oil and gas Upstream business.
-   **Preferred certificates:**   Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Certified Assessor.
