## Description

We are seeking an **Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design)** to join **Saudi Aramco – SMP** in Dhahran.

This opportunity is ideal for Saudi professionals with **3–5 years of experience** in instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation within a corporate environment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in **Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related field**.
-   **3–5 years of relevant experience** in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.
-   Strong knowledge of **adult learning theory** and instructional design models such as **ADDIE and SAM**.
-   Experience in **program evaluation methodologies**.
-   Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as **Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate**.
-   Ability to design and develop **interactive learning content**.
-   Experience in **project management** and handling projects independently.
-   Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
-   **CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree** are preferred.
