# Rental Sales Agent - Sixt

## Description

-   Provide excellent customer service through understanding the needs of the customers and matching it with the current available inventory for rent.
-   Achieve and extend agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
-   Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs and manage vehicles status change on systems.
-   Maintain accuracy of all financial transactions related to rental agreement and ensure that all assigned transactions are done successfully.
-   Communicate via telephone and email to confirm the reservations and drop offs in an efficient manner.
-   Follow up on the logistics of the vehicles and ensure that all required documents are handed to CSA, Fleet checker.
-   Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed
-   Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
-   1 – 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales
-   Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
-   Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
-   The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
-   Commercial awareness
-   Attention to detail and accuracy
-   Ability to multitask
-   Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
