### Product Expert

**Role Purpose:**  
Act as the product specialist for vehicles, technologies, and services, delivering exceptional customer experiences through product presentations, demonstrations, test drives, and vehicle handovers.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Present vehicle features, technologies, and benefits to customers.
-   Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
-   Support customers during vehicle delivery and setup of digital services.
-   Act as a brand ambassador and enhance showroom customer experience.
-   Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support team training.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree preferred.
-   Experience in automotive, sales, customer experience, or product specialist roles.
-   Strong communication and presentation skills.
-   Passion for automotive products and technology.
-   Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
