## Description

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be a senior technical contributor responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting automations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leadership to deliver automation solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities. You will develop a strong understanding of our automation architecture and platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in RPA platforms, specifically UiPath. You will leverage your skills in scripting and automation to build and maintain robust solutions. 

**Responsibilities** 

-   Build, configure, debug, monitor, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure robotic process automations primarily using UiPath. 

-   Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to deliver automation solutions that align with established standards and guidelines. 

-   Develop and support automations that may integrate with various enterprise applications, API endpoints, and AI services. 

-   Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable automations using UiPath and scripting languages. 

-   Provide production support for existing automations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner. 

-   Create and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 

-   5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related role. 

-   3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath. 

-   3-5+ years of experience with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript. 

-   Proven experience in SDLC and Agile methodology driving the execution of complex software projects. 

-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

-   Strong analytical, problem-solving troubleshooting skills. 

-   Ability to apply a systems thinking approach to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes. 

-   Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with business partners. 

**Preferred qualifications** 

-   Experience integrating AI/ML models or services into automation workflows. 

-   Experience developing and configuring AWS services. 

-   UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
