Accordia Care is looking for a committed and exceptionally driven Deputy Manager for a supported living service situated in Epsom, Surrey. This role entails supporting and assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained.

**About You:**

We are looking for a motivated & caring individual who would like a rewarding role within a supported living service that really makes a difference.

As a Deputy Manager, you will help guide & lead our team in supporting service users in their homes. Accordia staff benefit from great career progression, sector-leading professional training and great job stability.

We specialise in providing person-centred care for adults with a forensic mental health background, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism to enable them to play a meaningful role within their community. You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to the people we support.

## Requirements

-   Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges. 

-   Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.  

-   Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or a commitment to achieve this. 

-   Excellent understanding of CQC requirements. 

-   A strong grasp of safeguarding, compliance and the highest care standards, ensuring a commitment to ethical and responsible care provision. 

-   A track record of effectively leading and motivating care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork. 

-   Familiarity with liaising with clients about services users. 

**Desirable**

-   A full UK valid driving licence
-   Lives within a 30-minute commute / drive to Epsom
