## Requirements

-   Interest in building or transitioning into a career in Software Quality Assurance.
-   Previous professional QA experience is not required for all opportunities.
-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred, depending on employer requirements.
-   Basic computer and technology proficiency.
-   Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-   Ability to understand business requirements and identify potential issues.
-   Good verbal and written communication skills.
-   Willingness to learn Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, SQL, and modern QA tools.
-   Ability to attend technical evaluations and mock interviews as part of the readiness process.
-   Applicants who are not yet technically job-ready may have the option to join a **structured paid QA Training & Placement Support Program**.
