## Description

A global industrial and technical services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support its commercial operations by developing, managing, and delivering accurate quotation proposals for regional sales teams.

This remote role will collaborate closely with inside sales, outside sales, customer service, and key account management teams to ensure pricing consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, organization, and communication skills.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in pricing, finance, customer service, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
-   Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing/analytical tools.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
-   Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
-   Basic understanding of pricing-related legal and regulatory considerations.

### Preferred

-   Experience within a technical, industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, or B2B services environment.
-   Familiarity with calibration or technical service quotation processes is considered an advantage.

### Key Responsibilities

### Quotation Management

-   Respond to daily quote requests from internal sales teams.
-   Prepare accurate and timely pricing proposals while meeting established KPIs and turnaround times.
-   Support the preparation of large annual renewal quotations for key accounts.
-   Utilize pricing systems and tools to generate and manage proposals efficiently.

### Pricing Strategy & Analysis

-   Partner with commercial teams to ensure pricing aligns with overall business strategy.
-   Analyze market conditions, historical trends, and sales data to support pricing recommendations.
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, tools, and internal processes.

### Cross-Functional Collaboration

-   Work closely with sales, customer service, and commercial leadership teams to maintain pricing accuracy and consistency.
-   Support effective communication across departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
