About the Platform:
Actionable Conversations™ provide time starved managers with tools to build better relationships in the workplace, one conversation at a time. These one-hour, leader-led conversations, leverage ideas from popular business books to tackle current real business challenges. The follow up “Commitment Engine” tracks professional growth and behavior change, through a combination of peer accountability, gamification and behavioral psychology. Get better, together, in roughly an hour a month.
About the Working Environment:
Our team works completely virtually, in a “Results Only Work Environment” (ROWE) Culture, meaning everyone works when and where they’d like, so long as they get the job done. We each take ownership for our own deliverables, supported by a team of peers dedicated to the mission of improving relationships in the workplace, one conversation at a time. We leverage technology to stay connected and meet up 3-4 times per year to continue to foster face to face relationship development. We’re fast paced, with ambitious growth plans for the years ahead, while still taking time to celebrate the little victories. Everyone appreciates that we’re in to win the marathon, not the sprint.
