Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Project Manager This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 36 months. You will work in Singapore Government Agencies Internal Code: A26242 **What will you do?** - Drive product success by bringing the product to users - Understand HDB's business processes and partner with relevant stakeholders — including solution architects, software developers, and end users — in requirement gathering, system design, and application development & maintenance. - Partner with the product manager to run sprint planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives. - Work closely with various technical, solution, and information architects to ensure that the application developed is robust and aligned with the Enterprise Architecture. - Design solutions that are high quality and functional, ensuring a good user experience. - Track and manage the development and maintenance of the application system to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct and support thorough system, user, and security testing pre-release. - Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release. - Provide product support and work with the product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs. - Monitor the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot issues surfaced in the production environment. ## Requirements **What are we looking for?** - Experience in building digital products. - Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources. - End-to-end experience working with a product team to build products. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing. - Highly meticulous and tenacious, with the ability to follow through on tasks to closure. - Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and to prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines. - Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus. - A degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or a related field is a plus. - Experience in application design and development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus. - Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus. ## Benefits **What do we offer in return?** **Competitive Compensation:** Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.  **Benefits:** Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.  **Employee Wellness:** Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.  **Growth & Development:** Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
