## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and experienced **Senior Penetration Tester** to join our subsidiary in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Senior Penetration Tester will be responsible for leading and delivering security assessment engagements across networks, infrastructure, web and mobile applications for clients in Greece, Cyprus, Europe, and the Middle East.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on penetration testing experience, a solid understanding of security assessment methodologies and industry standards, and the ability to independently manage technical engagements while collaborating with clients and senior team members.

**Responsibilities**   

-   Maintain and continuously enhance the ADACOM knowledge base covering relevant technologies, vulnerabilities, tools, and security services.
-   Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of penetration testing principles and techniques, including network, infrastructure, and web application security testing.
-   Demonstrate advanced understanding and practical application of penetration testing methodologies and standards, including PTES, OSSTMM, NIST, OWASP WSTG, and other relevant frameworks.
-   Possess strong command-line skills across multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
-   Demonstrate solid scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, PowerShell, Ruby, or Perl to support penetration testing activities.
-   Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant programming and web technologies, including C++, C#, PHP, JavaScript/AJAX, HTML, and related technologies.
-   Have extensive hands-on experience with penetration testing tools and frameworks, and the ability to select and apply the appropriate tools and techniques based on the engagement.
-   Independently execute and take ownership of infrastructure, web, and mobile application penetration testing assignments, from planning and testing through to reporting and presentation of findings.
-   Deliver high-quality technical work in accordance with internationally accepted security testing standards, while maintaining a strong understanding of the client’s business, environment, and security requirements.
-   Communicate effectively with clients and team members, provide technical guidance to junior members of the team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of ADACOM’s penetration testing capabilities.
-   Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, take initiative during engagements, and proactively research and develop knowledge of new vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and emerging technologies.

## Requirements

-   University degree in ICT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
-   Postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field will be considered a plus
-   5+ years of professional experience in ICT, with strong hands-on experience in Information Security and Penetration Testing
-   Proven experience in conducting network, infrastructure, web application, API, and/or mobile application penetration tests
-   Experience in red, blue, or purple teaming exercises and adversary simulation activities
-   Professional certifications such as OSCP, OSCP+, OSEP, CREST, SANS GPEN, GMOB, GXPN, or equivalent offensive security certifications will be considered a strong plus
-   Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability assessment, exploitation techniques, and common security frameworks and standards
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex security issues and articulate technical findings clearly and concisely
-   Excellent command of MS Office, including Visio and Project, with strong technical reporting and documentation skills
-   Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
-   Ability to work independently, manage assigned engagements effectively, and collaborate with a wider security team
