**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Participate in ADACOM’s security services offering to customers (installing, testing, maintaining and designing advanced security solutions),

-   Collaborate with sales teams to build deployment plans for new customers to understand and document customer expectations,

-   Document new installations, troubleshooting issues and resolution actions for future reference,

-   Facilitate business process design and development to leverage rapid response capabilities,

-   Support of ADACOM existing and new customers,

-   Provide timely consultation for problem resolution and shared resources negotiation,

-   Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers,

-   Stays updated regarding new technology through industry news

## Requirements

-   Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar field is mandatory, 
-   3 - 5 years hands-on experience, 
-   Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft operating systems, 
-   Experience with Virtualization technologies, 
-   Strong knowledge of Web services, authentication services, TCP/IP, DNS, 
-   Strong knowledge in IP networking (Routing, Switching, VLANs, Spanning Tree), 
-   Strong knowledge of security systems such as Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF, 
-   Experience with Firewall products such as Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, 
-   Experience with Load Balancer solutions, 
-   Experience with Email Security solutions, 
-   Experience with infrastructure services of Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS will be considered a plus, 
-   Network Security Certifications such as Fortinet NSE4-NSE8, Check Point CCSE, CCTE, CCSM/-E, Cisco CCNP Security, 
-   Strong analytical abilities, 
-   Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver, 
-   Have excellent team work and interpersonal communication skills, 
-   Excellent verbal and written command of English
