Our Hiring Process

We operate a 3 stage interview process:

  1. Introductory call - an opportunity to get know you better and introduce you to the opportunities at Aleph Inc.
  2. Technical test - we'll forward you access to the online test via e-mail. The test will take approximately between 40 and 90 minutes to complete (dependent on the test forwarded).
  3. Following successful completion of the first two stages, we'll invite you for a face to face interview. Developers will be presented with a task to complete in a live development environment.

Whilst it appears to be quite a process, it's actually quick and painless. The plus side, you'll know you're working amongst the best in their field. Best of luck! :)
