## Description

**Adept Consulting Services** is seeking a professional, organized, and personable **Change Manager** to support change management initiatives and ensure changes are communicated and executed effectively across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable facilitating meetings, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using **ServiceNow** and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Lead and facilitate change management meetings.
-   Coordinate and manage change requests throughout the change lifecycle.
-   Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
-   Communicate updates, timelines, and impacts clearly to all involved parties.
-   Track and maintain change documentation and reporting.
-   Utilize ServiceNow to manage and monitor change activities.
-   Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
-   Foster positive working relationships while ensuring established processes are followed.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Experience in Change Management, project coordination, or a similar role.
-   Experience using **ServiceNow**.
-   Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Professional, personable, and customer-focused.
-   Ability to facilitate meetings and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
