### Job Summary

The Mechanical Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all mechanical construction activities on assigned projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. This role ensures that mechanical systems are installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. The Mechanical Construction Manager works closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, clients, and commissioning teams to successfully deliver complex mechanical installations.

### Key Responsibilities

### Project Management

-   Lead all on-site mechanical construction activities.
-   Develop and implement construction execution plans and installation strategies.
-   Monitor project progress against programme milestones and budgets.
-   Coordinate mechanical works with civil, structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines.
-   Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-   Manage change orders and ensure scope changes are documented.
-   Support project planning and scheduling activities.

### Construction Supervision

-   Oversee installation of mechanical systems including:

-   HVAC systems
-   Chilled and heating water systems
-   Plumbing and drainage
-   Fire protection systems
-   Compressed air systems
-   Process pipework
-   Mechanical plant installation
-   Pumping systems
-   Ventilation systems

-   Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
