## Description

### WHO WE ARE

Adoreal is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that partners with plastic surgery clinics globally to expand and grow their practices/clinics.
We provide the operational, marketing, and growth infrastructure that empowers surgeons to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
By combining innovative business strategies with world-class clinical talent, Adoreal enables clinics and surgeons to thrive in today’s competitive elective medicine landscape.

**Adoreal supports plastic surgery clinics by helping recruit and staff on their behalf**.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Stockholm.

**Role summary**
We're looking for an experienced Operationssjuksköterska / Scrub Tech to join our surgical team in a private, ambulatory (non-hospital) aesthetic surgery setting. You'll work chairside/table-side in a small, high-precision surgical team, supporting our surgeons directly during procedures — including suturing — in a fast-paced, patient-focused private clinic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Scrub in and assist directly in aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures (breast, body, face) in an outpatient surgical suite.

- Perform suturing and wound closure under surgeon direction/protocol.

- Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and surgical trays specific to plastic surgery procedures.

- Anticipate the surgeon's needs during procedures and maintain smooth OR flow in a small-team setting.

- Manage instrument sterilization, inventory, and equipment readiness between cases.

- Support pre-op and post-op patient care alongside the surgical and clinical team.

- Ensure all procedures meet Swedish healthcare regulatory, hygiene, and patient safety standards.

## Requirements

- Certified Operationssjuksköterska (specialist nurse anesthesia/OR) or equivalent scrub tech/surgical technologist qualification recognized in Sweden.

- Proven experience in a private/ambulatory surgical clinic setting (aesthetic, plastic, or outpatient surgical center) — hospital-only OR experience is not the focus of this role.

- Demonstrated suturing skills/competency.

- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit surgical team where flexibility and hands-on ownership are essential.

- Fluent Swedish and English, given the clinic's international patient and surgeon-training base.

- Strong attention to sterile technique, detail, and patient safety/compliance standards.
