### **Description**

Adree is seeking a highly skilled and strategic **Program, Manager** to oversee, coordinate, and drive the execution of multiple interrelated projects and workstreams. The role is responsible for aligning project outputs with overarching organizational and client objectives, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery across technical and business teams. Serving as a crucial link between executive leadership, product management, and engineering/delivery squads, the Program Manager will govern timelines, resources, risks, and budget to guarantee successful, high-quality digital and IT transformations.  
  
**Responsibilities**

-   **Strategic Governance:** Define, scope, and oversee the execution of multiple strategic projects (programs) ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
-   **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, client representatives, and executive leadership; facilitate regular program status updates and steering committee meetings.
-   **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Synchronize efforts across various Agile/Scrum product teams, technical architects, business analysts, and QA squads to ensure cohesive delivery.
-   **Resource & Capacity Planning:** Optimize resource allocation, manage program budgets, and ensure teams (.NET, Low-Code/OutSystems, Frontend, CRM/Creatio) are properly staffed and utilized.
-   **Risk & Issue Mitigation:** Proactively identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement effective mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
-   **Scope & Change Management:** Manage program scope changes effectively, ensuring that impacts on budget, timeline, and quality are thoroughly evaluated and approved.
-   **Delivery & Quality Assurance:** Ensure all projects within the program adhere to high standards of quality, compliance, and governance throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
-   **Process Optimization:** Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, and operational workflows across teams.

## Requirements

-   **Education**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.

-   **Experience**

-   6–9 years of experience in project/program management within software development, digital products, or IT consulting environments.
-   Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-vendor, or enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

-   **Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)**

-   **Advanced Portfolio/Program Governance:** Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, Scaled Agile (SAFe), or traditional PM methodologies.
-   **Dependency & Risk Mapping:** Exceptional ability to track cross-project dependencies, balance technical constraints, and clear delivery blockers.
-   **Tooling Proficiency:** Deep familiarity with enterprise PM tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Monday.com.
-   **Technical Acumen:** Strong understanding of custom software development (.NET, Angular), low-code ecosystems (OutSystems), enterprise CRMs (Creatio), and cloud environments.
-   **Leadership & Negotiation:** Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment among diverse technical and business stakeholders.
-   **Communication & Presentation:** Masterful verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical statuses into strategic business insights for executives.
-   **Analytical Problem Solving:** Sharp critical thinking, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines.

-   **Preferred (but not required)**

-   Experience delivering projects within government resources or large enterprise sectors in the GCC region.
-   Hands-on background in software engineering, system architecture, or business analysis early in the career.
-   Strong knowledge of change management principles and vendor management.

-   **Certifications**

-   **PgMP** (Program Management Professional) or **PMP** (Project Management Professional) is highly preferred.
-   PMI-ACP, Scrum Alliance (CSP/CSM), or SAFe certifications (advantage).
