## Description

Adree is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Quality, Senior Engineer** to establish, own, and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies across our digital and enterprise software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivered applications (.NET, OutSystems, Creatio, Front-End) meet the highest standards of performance, security, and functional integrity. As a Senior QE, you will act as a champion for quality throughout the Agile lifecycle, designing automated and manual testing frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers to minimize production defects and optimize the delivery pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Test Strategy & Planning:** Define, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases covering functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
-   **Test Automation Execution:** Design, build, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms to increase test coverage and efficiency.
-   **Agile Collaboration:** Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads to review requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and ensure testability from day one.
-   **Defect Management:** Identify, isolate, document, and track software defects using Jira. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
-   **API & Integration Testing:** Validate complex business workflows and data integrity across system integrations and third-party enterprise platforms using backend testing methods.
-   **Performance & Load Testing:** Execute performance, stress, and load testing on applications to ensure stability, scalability, and optimal user experience under heavy traffic.
-   **CI/CD Integration:** Integrate automated test suites into modern DevOps CI/CD deployment pipelines to enable continuous testing and continuous delivery.
-   **Mentorship & Quality Culture:** Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, conduct peer reviews of test documentation, and foster a strong culture of quality assurance within the engineering team.

## Requirements

**Education**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

**Experience**

-   5+ years of dedicated experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing, with at least 2 years in a Senior role.
-   Proven track record of testing enterprise-level digital solutions, web applications, and APIs in Agile/Scrum environments.

**Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)**

-   **Automation Frameworks:** Strong hands-on experience with automation tools and libraries (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework, or Appium).
-   **API Testing Mastery:** Expert proficiency in testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
-   **Backend & Databases:** Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and ability to write complex SQL queries to validate data integrity.
-   **Performance Testing Tooling:** Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter or Locust.
-   **Ecosystem Familiarity:** Comfort utilizing Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar). Familiarity with low-code validation (OutSystems/Creatio) is a strong plus.
-   **Analytical Thinking:** Exceptional problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and a structured approach to troubleshooting complex software flows.
-   **Communication & Collaboration:** Excellent communication skills to articulate technical defects clearly to developers and business updates to stakeholders.
