## Description

**Job Purpose**

Adree is seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** to support the successful delivery of government sector initiatives by analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional solutions that support digital transformation, process improvement, and enterprise system implementations.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Business Analysis**

-   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
-   Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
-   Identify business needs, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
-   Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
-   Drive requirements clarification and ensure alignment with project objectives.

**Documentation**

-   Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
-   Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
-   Develop process flows, business rules, and functional specifications.
-   Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Produce clear, professional, and comprehensive project documentation.

**Stakeholder Management**

-   Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, Government Stakeholders, and Technical Teams.
-   Facilitate requirement clarification and validation sessions.
-   Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery teams.
-   Support effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

**Delivery Support**

-   Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
-   Participate in sprint planning and requirements walkthrough sessions.
-   Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
-   Assist with change management and business readiness initiatives.
-   Contribute to successful project delivery within agreed timelines.

## Requirements

**Experience**

-   Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
-   Previous experience working on Government Sector mega projects is mandatory.
-   Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, or Enterprise Systems projects.
-   Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story creation.
-   Experience working in Agile environments.

**Certifications**

-   IIBA Certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) is mandatory.
-   Agile, Scrum, or PMP certifications are considered an advantage.

**Language Skills**

-   Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
-   Ability to conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings in both English and Arabic.
-   Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

**Preferred Background**

-   Experience within government entities, ministries, authorities, or public sector organizations.
-   Experience working directly with business owners and stakeholders.
-   Background in operational, product, or delivery environments is preferred.
-   Consulting company backgrounds are not preferred.

**Technical & Professional Skills**

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience using Jira and Confluence.
-   Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
-   Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
