**The context**  
With our team, you work for a Luxembourg energy company, an essential entity under NIS2. The challenge: bring its existing security framework into the new ILR templates and build a credible multi-year compliance plan.

**Your mission**  
You turn an existing security framework into a complete, traceable regulatory file, ready for supervision.

_Map what exists_

-   Review the security framework, risk scenarios, documentation, evidence and planned initiatives
-   Map this content to the ILR templates: security measures, risk scenarios, multi-year plan

_Qualify the gaps_

-   Identify missing or insufficiently evidenced requirements and recommend pragmatic remediation
-   Run workshops with control owners to validate gaps, dependencies and ownership
-   Ensure traceability between requirements, controls, evidence, gaps and actions

_Build the roadmap_

-   Consolidate remediation into a multi-year plan prioritised by risk, effort and dependencies
-   Complete and quality-review the templates and deliverables

**Your profile**  
_What is essential_

-   At least 5 years in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance, or regulatory consulting
-   Solid knowledge of NIS2 in Luxembourg and of ILR requirements or a comparable supervisory framework
-   Proven experience with regulatory mappings, gap assessments and evidence-based compliance reviews
-   Command of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, ENISA guidance and cyber-risk treatment
-   Audit-ready deliverables: concise analytical writing, workshop facilitation, senior stakeholder communication
