Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Backhoe Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating backhoe equipment to assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation in a safe and efficient manner. ### Responsibilities

-   Operate backhoe machinery to perform excavation and trenching tasks as required by project specifications.
-   Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and reliability.

## Requirements
