### Job Summary

Advance is seeking a **motivated and dependable Apprentice Electrician** for one of our clients in **Midland, TX**. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the supervision of licensed electricians on commercial, industrial, and/or oilfield-related projects.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
-   Run conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid), pull wire, and set electrical devices
-   Install lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical panels under supervision
-   Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
-   Use hand and power tools safely and properly
-   Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
-   Maintain a clean and safe job site
-   Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
-   Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

### Qualifications

-   **Must have a Valid TDLR APPRENTICE ELECTRICAL LICENSE**
-   Previous experience as an electrical helper or apprentice preferred
-   Trade school enrollment or completion is a plus
-   Basic understanding of electrical tools and materials
