## Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking **General Laborers** to join our construction team in Falfurrias, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction experience, but **previous construction experience is preferred, not required**.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, following instructions, and working safely as part of a team.

## Requirements

-   Previous construction experience preferred but not required
-   Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
-   Ability to stand, bend, climb and work outdoors for extended periods
-   Comfortable working in heat, cold and changing weather conditions
