**Role purpose:**

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Expert with deep, hands-on experience across DevOps, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML enablement, and observability. The role leads the design, automation, and operation of scalable, observable, AI-ready cloud platforms for customer engagements, and acts as a trusted technical advisor across the delivery lifecycle.

**Job description:**

-   Lead the design, implementation, and automation of multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
-   Build and operate CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for application and infrastructure delivery.
-   Design and implement full-stack observability (metrics, logs, traces) using tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
-   Deploy and support AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms (model hosting, MLOps pipelines, GPU/inference infrastructure) in collaboration with AI/ML teams.
-   Own container/Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) including scaling, security hardening, and cost optimization.
-   Lead cloud migration, assessment, and modernization engagements end-to-end.
-   Act as trusted technical advisor for clients on DevOps, cloud, AI/ML, and observability architecture.
-   Define SRE practices: SLOs/SLIs, alerting strategy, and incident response runbooks.
-   Mentor mid-level cloud engineers and contribute to the DevOps/cloud knowledge base and best practices.
-   Support presales with technical SME input for DevOps/cloud/AI-ML/observability proposals.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

-   6+ years of hands-on DevOps/cloud engineering experience across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

-   Strong IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD/GitOps skills.
-   Hands-on experience deploying and operating AI/ML workloads on cloud (model serving, MLOps, GPU infrastructure).
-   Practical experience building observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, CloudWatch).
-   Strong containers/Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE/OpenShift) in production.
-   Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and Windows/Linux administration.
-   At least 3 public cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP – architecture, DevOps, or ML specialty).

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience working with large-scale open-source projects and complex build ecosystems.
-   Knowledge of Rust and modern systems programming practices.
-   Background in encryption, secure communications, or security-focused infrastructure.
-   Experience designing automated testing and integration frameworks.
