Position Summary:

-   Project Manager supports the PMO by driving governance, tracking cross-functional milestones, and ensuring the seamless execution of enterprise technology initiatives, such as and not limited to automation rollouts.
-   This role acts as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Job Description:

-   Key Responsibilities Facilitate project governance routines, and status meetings while documenting action items and key decisions.
-   Track project schedules, resource allocations, and deliverables across multiple tracks, including change management, and testing.
-   Maintain PMO documentation, risk and issue registers, and project status dashboards using standard enterprise tools.
-   Coordinate stakeholder communication to ensure complete alignment on scope, timelines, and deployment milestones. Support change management activities, user acceptance testing cycles.

## Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   4+ years of project management or PMO experience within an IT or digital transformation environment.
-   Familiarity with standard project management frameworks (such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2) and tracking tools like Jira, DEVOPS, or MS Project.
-   Strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
