**Job Purpose:**

Act as the Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the assigned department(s), working closely with hiring

managers to attract, assess, and acquire the most suitable and high-potential talent in the market.

**Job description:**

-   Support hiring managers to fulfill planned vacancies as per hiring SLAs.
-   Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
-   Responsible for talent acquisitions activities (Job posting and sourcing on different platforms, evaluate and screen candidates CVs, conduct HR interviews, coordinate the technical interview process,
-   Maintain a complete record of interviews on the system).
-   Analyze labor market trends and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies.

## Requirements

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree, business, or any related fields.
-   Years of experience: 5+ (Talent Acquisition experience is must)
-   Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: CBI is a must; HR Certificate is plus.
-   Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: Technology background is must
