### Requirements

**Experience**

-   3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role
-   Experience working on enterprise software implementation projects
-   Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

**Core Skills**

-   Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
-   Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
-   Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis
-   Experience working closely with software development and QA teams
-   Good functional understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and enterprise application concepts

### Low-Code / BPM Experience (Highly Preferred)

Experience with at least one low-code or BPM platform, particularly:

-   OutSystems
-   Creatio
