### What You'll Be Doing:

**Handle Suppliers:** You'll set up new suppliers in our system and make sure all their information and contracts are up-to-date.

**Manage Purchasing:** You will be in charge of buying all the things we need for our operations in Egypt, North America, and Europe.

**Check Invoices:** You'll review invoices to make sure they match our purchase orders and receipts, and you'll help solve any problems with supplier bills to ensure they get paid on time.

**Solve Problems:** You'll be the main person to talk to suppliers and sort out any issues or questions they have.

**Keep Things Moving:** You'll keep an eye on all pending requests in our system and process them every day.

**Know the Market:** You'll learn about local suppliers and prices to help us make smart buying decisions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree, business, supply chain or any related fields.
-   Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required C1 Profile.
-   0-3 year experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
-   Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.
-   Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement systems is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   A proactive and organized approach to work.
