### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers.
-   Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines.
-   Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms (Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.).
-   Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
-   Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
-   Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and performance.
-   Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
-   Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in low-code platforms.
-   2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience.
-   Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform.
-   Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, and application lifecycle management.
-   Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred.
