## Description

Advansys is seeking a skilled Senior Drupal Backend Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend components of Drupal-based web applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

-   Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal modules and backend functionalities.
-   Implement and optimize APIs and integrations with third-party services.
-   Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to deliver seamless content management experiences.
-   Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring the reliability and security of Drupal applications.
-   Participate in architectural discussions and provide recommendations for Drupal best practices.
-   Contribute to code reviews and maintain coding standards within the team.
-   Ensure proper documentation and testing of backend features.
-   Stay current with Drupal updates, modules, and community trends to continually enhance application functionality.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 4 years experience in Drupal backend development.
-   Strong proficiency with PHP and experience in Drupal 7, 8, or 9 development.
-   Experience in developing custom Drupal modules and themes.
-   Knowledge of Drupal APIs, hooks, and caching mechanisms.
-   Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL and ability to write efficient SQL queries.
-   Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
-   Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
-   Knowledge of Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
